- Carefully Selected, well-trained lesson horses to be you or your child's partner
- An indoor riding arena to keep you and your horse in the cool shade in the summer,
and out of the wind in the winter. Our indoor riding ring has many large windows that
can be opened for that summer breeze, or closed to keep out the winter chills. - An outdoor riding ring to enjoy those beautiful days
- Some riding trails to enjoy
- Excellent care for our lesson horses so they can be happy to take care of you
Sweet Promise Farm has:
| Our lesson horses have: |
- 12x12 stalls for the horses and slightly smaller stalls for the ponies, each
horse or pony has their own stall - Customized feed to fit each horse or pony's individual needs
- Turnout with horses that they enjoy the company of
- Waterproof and breathable blankets in the winter
- Shelter from bad weather. All of our horses are brought in to the barns
during lightning storms so that no horse is ever at risk. They are also
brought in to shelter from ice storms, and any other severe weather. - Saddles fit to each horse individually
- Care from excellent farriers and vets
- Regular vaccines, Coggins testing, de-worming and farrier work
- Individualized care and attention. Each horse is a member of our family.
Their physical health, mental health, and well-being is important to us.
| In addition to stalls for our horses, Our lesson barn has: |
- A wash rack for the horses
- A bathroom complete with a shower available to lesson students
- A 16 foot wide aisle for ease of moving the horses
- Fans for every horse
- 4 doors and 11 large windows for ventilation
- A copula for even more ventilation
